Thought of the Day - January 20 2022 - Booster Considerations

Here we are with booster season and Omicron season both in full swing. With the standard disclaimer: Like almost everyone it seems I know nothing about this subject, here are a couple of notes I have compiled concerning boosters that seem reasonable to me.
Quarantine - Make sure to plan a quarantine/self-isolation period before and after your booster. The last thing you want to do is get COVID just as you head in to get your booster. Also, remember following your booster for five days at least the vaccine does nothing for you concerning resistance to COVID, and indeed as your body is dealing with the effects of the vaccine you could actually be more susceptible to catching it. We have been told about the impact of Florona (flu and COVID) the last thing you want is to get is Vaxi-micron.
Wait 12 Weeks After COVID - If you have, or suspect you have had COVID, make sure to wait at least 12 weeks before getting your booster. After your body fights off COVID your immune system is still primed so as well protected as you can be. Adding the booster too early might just cause your body to overreact, one of the main things you are trying to prevent in the first place.
Aspirate - If your vaccination centre allows, make sure that they aspirate, to ensure the injection is going into tissue as required ( Thought of the Day - March 25 2021 - Are We Doing Vaccinations Wrong? ) - this is still how they do it in the Canadian military, but for some reason, civilians are too soft or something. For example, Norway has seen a per capita rate of myocarditis three times higher than Denmark. An anecdotal study suggests one of the differentiators is that Denmark aspirates COVID injections and Norway doesn't.
If your aim by getting boosted is to lower your overall risk, then isn't important you try to do it right?
Cheers
Cliff
