Tip of the Day - Consider Donating Blood

It may be a good time to consider giving blood. While this might seem a strange thought, given the need for social distancing, I understand donations are down. This is due to preoccupation with Corona and possibly concern as to whether blood collection processes are safe (not helped by the legacy of the Red Cross HIV debacle of the past).

That said, against the backdrop of dwindling supply, there is expected to be a significant uptick in the demand for blood products, like plasma, to treat the side effects of Covid-19 in critical cases.
