As mentioned yesterday all of the provinces, other than Manitoba, have announced their reopening plans. The folk in Québec were out celebrating the end of their curfew this past weekend; for the first time since January 9th, they are allowed out past 9:30 pm.
The CBC put together some great charts that depict some of the reopening elements with their timing.

Restrictions that were not generally implemented are not depicted. For example, as well as the Québec curfew, the restrictions and quarantine relating to intra-provincial and inter-provincial travel, most significantly implemented in the Atlantic Provinces.
For the common items, it looks like Ontario is being the most conservative.
From a BC perspective, you can see that many of these measures were either never introduced or have been lifted some time ago. The most notable activity that BC will be delaying is the holding of large events.
But any way you look at it, this is all great news.
Cheers
Cliff
