I had a look at the BC CDC page concerning the therapeutics for COVID-19 ( http://www.bccdc.ca/Health-Professionals-Site/Documents/Antimicrobial-Immunomodulatory-Therapy-adults.pdf ). It turns out it is really a list of what NOT to give patients.
Here is an abridged summary of the recommended treatments (apart from life support):

It is sad that while it has been suspected since April that remdesivir does nothing, the WHO just said that remdesivir "has little or no effect on mortality for hospitalized patients and it doesn't seem to help patients recover any faster" either. I guess this table just got a little more empty.
So I had a look at what is coming down the pike ( https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/drugs-health-products/covid19-industry/drugs-vaccines-treatments/list-authorized-trials.html ). Welp, while there were studies here that were completed six months ago, plenty of time for peer review, the results are not published.
A recent UBC study says 75% of people who were hospitalized, I assume this would align to Severely and Critically Ill, are still having symptoms months later ( Thought of the Day - August 13 - COVID-19 Long Haulers ). Symptoms such as: weakness, problems sleeping, anxiety and shortness of breath. It is really a shame we still do not have any suggested treatments ahead of hospitalization.
Cheers
Cliff
